43-Year-Old Man Charged For Murder In Felicity

A 43-year-old man is scheduled to appear before a High Court Master, charged with murder following the death of Ravi Pandhorie.

According to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS), the accused, who has no fixed address, is expected to appear before the North Court ‘C’ on Friday (5th September, 2025).

The charge arises from an incident which occurred on 10th August, 2025, at Gilber Street, Felicity, Chaguanas, in which the victim, Ravi Pandhorie, was wounded and subsequently warded at the Mt. Hope Hospital. He later succumbed to his injuries on 14th August, 2025.

Following investigations led by WPC Nestor of the Homicide Bureau of Investigations (HBI) Region III, the suspect was arrested during an operation in the Felicity, Chaguanas area on Tuesday (2nd September, 2025).

Subsequently, an audience was held today (Thursday 4th September, 2025) with Acting Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Sabrina Dougdeen-Jagal. Instructions were then given for the suspect to be charged with murder on the same day.
