T&TEC: NO Electricity On Friday In Parts of Sangre Grande, Rampanalgas, Rio Claro
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Sangre Grande, Rampanalgas and Rio Claro on Friday (3rd October, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Sangre Grande, Rampanalgas and Rio Claro are as follows:
SANGRE GRANDE (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Ojoe Road, Adventist Street, Graham Trace, Cedarwood Drive, Foster Road, William Trace, Seiva Road, North Easter College, Sangre Grande Government Secondary School, Sangre Grande Hospital, Sangre Grande Fire Station, Sangre Grande Hindu Primary School, Sangre Grande SDA Primary School, North Eastern Community Center and all associated side streets.
- From LP #55 Oropouche Road heading East, including Peetamsingh Road, Ministry of Food Production El Reposo Demonstration Station, El Reposo Road, Ragbir Avenue, Dean Drive, Boodoo Highway, Non Pariel Road, Juanita Boulevard, Felmina Todd Road, Guy Town Trace, Bois Cano Park, Fishing Pond Road, Gordon Miller Settlement, Lobin Trace, Genda Road, Flemming Road and all associated side streets.
SANGRE GRANDE (3:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
- From LP #7 on Toco Main Road at Lucana Drive to LP #136 on Toco Main Road, inclusive of Quash Trace Extension, Lotus Gardens, Phillipville Road, El Reposo Road, Reid Lane, La Seiva Extension, Vega de Oropouche, Rampersad Trace, Sahadeen Trace, North Oropouche R.C. School, Vega de Oropouche ECCE and all associated side streets.
SANGRE GRANDE (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #A71 on Brierley Street to Lucana Drive on Toco Main Road, Henderson Street, River Street, Foster Road up to LP #12, Sangre Grande Health Centre, CLX Health & Fitness Centre and all associated side streets.
RAMPANALGAS (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
- From LP #298 to LP #372 on Toco Main Road, including Beach Resort Road, Sookdeen Trace, Ministry of Works, Balandra Beach Road, WASA, Jerome Street, Sugar Hill, Rampanalgas R.C. School and all associated side streets.
RIO CLARO (12:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
- Agostini Road off LP #985 Naparima Mayaro Road, Rio Claro to LP #123 Legendre Road, including LP #25 to LP #121 Rio Claro Mayaro Road, Rio Claro, Mathew Street, Bajan Street, Oudan Road, Legendre Road, Rajpaul Trace, Mahabalsingh Trace Branch #2 and all associated side streets.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
