Today’s Weather: Variably Cloudy, Isolated Heavy Showers; 30°C Max
According to the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service (TTMS), we can expect variably cloudy conditions today (Saturday 10th January, 2026), with a few periods of showers, mainly over Trinidad and favouring the early afternoon. There will be isolated heavy showers at times, with settled conditions as the afternoon progresses and into night, despite a few lingering isolated showers.
The Met Office notes that gusty winds and street flooding can occur in the event of heavy downpours.
The forecast maximum temperature today will be 30°C at both Piarco in Trinidad and Crown Point in Tobago.
Seas are moderate with waves 1.5m to 2m in open waters and below 1m in sheltered areas.
