NO Electricity On Friday In Parts of Barataria, St. Ann’s, St. Augustine, San Rafael, Blanchisseuse, Cunupia, Rio Claro
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Barataria, St. Ann’s, St. Augustine, San Rafael, Blanchisseuse, Cunupia and Rio Claro on Friday (20th February, 2026). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Barataria, St. Ann’s, St. Augustine, San Rafael, Blanchisseuse, Cunupia and Rio Claro are as follows:
BARATARIA (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- Comprehensive Road and all associated side streets.
ST. ANN’S (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- Along Sydenham Avenue, inclusive of Hutton Road, Alicia's Palace, Errol Park Road, the Southern side of Lady Chancellor Road and all associated side streets.
ST. AUGUSTINE (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- LP #A55 on Knowles Street heading East, including Rapsey Street, Grass Trace, Stella Street, Alice Street, Spring Village Hindu School and all associated side streets.
SAN RAFAEL (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #52 to LP #59 Caroni South Bank Road.
BLANCHISSEUSE (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- All customers from LP #189/4 heading North on Paria Main Road, including Morne La Croix, Brasso Seco Trace, Brasso Seco RC Primary School, Madamas Trace, De Norbreiga Trace, Gomez Trace and all associated side streets.
CUNUPIA (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- LP #159 Chin Chin Road, House 2.
RIO CLARO (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- From LP #891 Naparima Mayaro Road, Rio Claro to LP #1066, Naparima Mayaro Road, Union Village, including Cemetery Street, St. Emelia Road, Clear Water Gardens, Rio Claro Trace, Hibiscus Arch Road, Roble Grove Road, Agostini Settlement #1, Agostini Road, Mile End Road and all associated side streets.
- From LP #25 to LP #121 Rio Claro Mayaro Road, Rio Claro, including Oudan Road, Legendre Road, Rajpaul Trace, Mahabalsingh Trace Branch #2, Mathew Street, Bhajan Street and all associated side streets.
