BODY of Beheaded 19-Year-Old Man Found In Blanchisseuse, With Hands Tied
The beheaded body of a man was found in Damian’s Bay, Blanchisseuse, on Thursday afternoon (6th February, 2025). The deceased has been identified as 19-year-old Armando Kenneth of Bethlehem Road, Tobago. He was said to be a known shooter in the Tobago district, and had been hiding out in Trinidad for some time.
According to reports, Police received an anonymous call, around 12:18 PM, that the body of a man was seen along the shore in Damian’s Bay. A team of Officers responded to the scene, led by PC Austin. Upon arrival, they found the body, with the head severed and placed close to the right side.
The body’s hands were also tied, and there appeared to be a wound to the upper chest.
The area was cordoned off and Officers from the Homicide Bureau of Investigations (HBI) also responded to the scene.
It is alleged Kenneth was murdered hours after reporting he was robbed to the Santa Cruz Police Station on Wednesday (5th February, 2025). It is further alleged he was owing money to some Venezuelan men for narcotics he took to sell, and was therefore brutally murdered.
He was also wanted by Officers of the HBI Region II for the murder of retired Santa Cruz contractor, 79-year-old Stalin Riley, at his home in Toco on 9th January, 2025.
Investigations are continuing by W/Cpl. Rivers.
More on this as it becomes available.
