T&TEC Customer Advisory: Technical Problems At Call Centre
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that it is currently experiencing technical difficulties with its emergency call centre telephone lines.
In a Customer Advisory issued at 2:00 PM today (Sunday 14th September, 2025), T&TEC said, “Our telecommunications providers are working to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.”
While the issue is being investigated, T&TEC said it has activated the following additional emergency phone numbers:
- 794-4823
- 794-7264
Customers are also reminded that reports of outages and other issues can be made via the T&TEC Mobile App and website, www.ttec.co.tt.
T&TEC said it apologizes for any inconvenience experienced as a result of these technical difficulties.
