NO Electricity On Thursday In Parts of Santa Cruz, Tunapuna, San Juan, El Socorro, Manzanilla
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Santa Cruz, Tunapuna, San Juan, El Socorro and Manzanilla on Thursday (2nd October, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Santa Cruz, Tunapuna, San Juan, El Socorro and Manzanilla are as follows:
SANTA CRUZ (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Along Cantaro Extension Road, including Money Avenue, Providence Gardens, Stollmeyer Street, St. Baksh Street, Sam Boucaud Road, McCarthy Street, Blackford Street, Maraj Trace, Charles Street, Torance Gardens, Pipiol Road, James Street, Robert Street, Rosemary Street, Conrod Street, River Side Gardens and all associated side streets.
TUNAPUNA (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- North of LP #44 St. John's Road, including Mt. St. Benedict and St. Michael's Road.
SAN JUAN (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
- From LP #27 on corner of Don Miguel Road and Rashaad Lane to LP #51 on Don Miguel Road Extension, South of Churchill Roosevelt Highway, inclusive of Queen Avenue, Lalwah Terrace, Swami Avenue up to LP #50, Siewsankar Drive, Andrew Lane, New Lane, Ramjass Trace, Ibis Drive, Ramkhelawan Drive, Bootan Lane, Raghunanan Drive, Solo Beverages, NIDCO, International Tiles and all associated side streets.
EL SOCORRO (8:30 AM to 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM)
- WASA - El Socorro compound.
MANZANILLA (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM)
- From LP #949 on Eastern Main Road heading South, including WASA Sangre Grande Area Office, Shivan Drive, Kowlessar Road, Boodoo Highway, Sand Road, Gajadhar Road, Cedar Hill Road, Plum Mitan Road, Sadhoo Trace, El Querdo Land, Caigual Road, Warden Road, Manzanilla Health Centre, NP Gas Station, Nariva Road and all associated side streets.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
