NO Electricity On Tuesday In Parts of St. James, St. Augustine, Cunupia, Mayaro, Guayaguayare, Craignish
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of St. James, St. Augustine, Cunupia, Mayaro, Guayaguayare and Craignish on Tuesday (7th October, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in St. James, St. Augustine, Cunupia, Mayaro, Guayaguayare and Craignish are as follows:
ST. JAMES (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Along Patna Street between pole T64 and pole T17W, inclusive of Middle Street, and streets between Patna Street and Delhi Street (Kandahar Street, Calcutta Street, Agra Street, Bengal Street).
- Along Long Circular Road between pole T17W and pole 31W, inclusive of Flagstaff, Forestry Division Head Office, Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries and all associated side streets.
ST. AUGUSTINE (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #50 to LP #53 on Desaine Street, including all associated side streets.
CUNUPIA (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
- Southern Main Road from LP #A267 (in the vicinity of KFC) heading South to LP #283 by corner of the Southern Main Road and Bon Aventure Trace and all associated side streets, inclusive of Dyette Street, Hin Kin Trace, Ramdularie Lane and Malibu Park.
MAYARO (4:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
- From LP #1031 Naparima Mayaro Road, Mayaro to LP #69 Kernaham, Manzanilla Road, including Solomon Street, Alexis Street, Peter Hill Trace, Plaisance Road, Sea Kale Lane, Sea Breeze Lane, Sea Grass Lane, Sea Grit Lane, Gill Street, Teesdale Drive, Granado Drive, Rabita Avenue, Louis & Sucre Road, Teesdale Avenue, Peter Hill Street, Boodhan Trace, Popwell Drive East, Rest House Road, St. Joseph Estate Road, Ortoire Hill, Coconut Grove Housing Development - Road A, Road B, Road C, Recreation Ground Road, Point Radix Road, Cascadoux Trace, Cascadoux Extension, Kernaham Trace, Kernaham and all associated side streets.
GUAYAGUAYARE (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- From LP #192A Stonebright Village to LP #312, Newlands Village, Guayaguayare Road, Guayaguayare, including LAING, Shareen Avenue, Guayaguayare Food Crop, Newlands Housing Scheme, and all associated side streets.
CRAIGNISH (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #1 Harry John Trace, New Grant.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
