Road Closure: Intersection of Anderson Terrace And Saddle Road, Maraval

The Ministry of Works and Infrastructure is advising the public that there will be a temporary road closure at the intersection of Anderson Terrace and Saddle Road, Maraval. These works will commence today (Wednesday 15th October, 2025) and are expected to be completed on Thursday (16th October, 2025). This has become necessary to facilitate excavation works.

Hours of Work: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Alternative Routes

Alternative access routes to be utilized are as follows:

  • Traffic along Saddle Road North and South can enter and exit Anderson Terrace via Camille Drive and Darcy Road, Saddle Road.

Note:

  • The Ministry would like to remind the public that there will be frequent movement of heavy equipment along the roadway, which may result in dust, noise and restrictions to traffic flow.

Considering the above, motorists are advised to comply with the following:

  • Proceed with caution and observe all directional signs and barriers.
  • Comply with instructions from Police Officers on-site to facilitate a safe and orderly flow of traffic.
  • Be aware of heavy equipment entering and exiting the site.
  • Drive at a reduced speed on approaching the work zone.
