Tobago Carnival 2025: Closing of Government Offices And Schools

The Office of the Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) is advising the public that, on the direction of the Chief Secretary [Farley Augustine], Government offices of the THA and schools will be closed on Monday 27th October, 2025, for this year's Tobago Carnival.

In a Media Release today (Friday 17th October, 2025), the Office of the Chief Secretary said, “Where it is mandatory that offices remain open to serve the public and/or where essential services are to be provided, such offices are to remain open on Monday 27th October, 2025.”

Normal operations will resume on Tuesday 28th October, 2025.

The Office of the Chief Secretary said it thanks the public for its understanding and co-operation.
