Today’s Weather: Hot, Sunny, 30% Chance For Heavy Showers; 34°C Max
According to the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service (TTMS), hot and sunny conditions today (Sunday 5th October, 2025) will be interrupted intermittently by partly cloudy intervals, associated with isolated light to moderate showers, near, but not confined to, hilly and Western areas. There is a low (30%) chance that some of these showers could become heavy and/or thundery. Tonight will be mostly fair and cool.
In the vicinity of heavy showers and/or thunderstorms, we can expect gusty winds, street/flash flooding and isolated ponding in areas so prone.
The forecast maximum temperature today will be 34°C at Piarco in Trinidad and 32°C at Crown Point in Tobago.
Seas are moderate with waves 1.5m to 2m in open waters and 1m to 1.5m in sheltered areas.
