According to reports, Noel was a passenger in a white Nissan Caravan (PAY 3605), driven by 73-year-old Augustine Hunt of Maraval, heading East along the North Coast Road, around 12:45 PM, when a tree fell across the roadway, causing the driver to swerve off the road.
