NO Electricity On Thursday In Parts of Maraval, Caroni, Valencia, Aranguez, Guayaguayare, Ghandi Village
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Maraval, Caroni, Valencia, Aranguez, Guayaguayare and Ghandi Village on Thursday (13th November, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Maraval, Caroni, Valencia, Aranguez, Guayaguayare and Ghandi Village are as follows:
MARAVAL (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Along Celestin Trace and Clovis Trace.
CARONI (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From Bamboo 66 kV Substation heading South along Access Road then across the Uriah Butler Highway along the Caroni Flyover up to LP #110 (in the vicinity of Blue Mountain Water) on Warren Road and then North along Caroni Savannah Road up to LP #171, inclusive of Emerald Drive, Golden Drive Chadee Street, Independence Street, Kalloo Street, Sunset Drive, Frederick Settlement Industrial Estate, Walker Street, Old Southern Main Road, New Street, Lapwing Street and all associated side streets.
VALENCIA (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
- From LP #49 to LP #51 on Emon Lane.
ARANGUEZ (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #48 on corner of Aranguez Road and Samaroo Road to corner of Samaroo Road and Johnny King Road.
GUAYAGUAYARE (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
- From LP #349 Calmapas Village, Guayaguayare to LP #429, Guayaguayare Road, Guayaguayare, including Galeota Complex, TIS Massy, Vespry Extension, Femier Circular Road, Rustville, Marcelle Ridge, Schoener's Road, Lizard Spring Road, Trinity Fields, Edward Trace Main Field Road and all associated side streets.
GHANDI VILLAGE (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
- From LP #23 to LP #34 Tulsa Trace, including LP #1 to LP #3 Gayah Trace and all associated side streets.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
