NO Electricity On Thursday In Parts of Tunapuna, Talparo, Charlieville, Claxton Bay, Penal, Point Fortin, Cap-de-Ville, Bonne Aventure

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Tunapuna, Talparo, Charlieville, Claxton Bay, Penal, Point Fortin, Cap-de-Ville and Bonne Aventure on Thursday (4th December, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works. 

According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Tunapuna, Talparo, Charlieville, Claxton Bay, Penal, Point Fortin, Cap-de-Ville and Bonne Aventure are as follows: 

TUNAPUNA (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

• North of LP #9 on El Dorado Road, on Green Street from LP #53 to LP #71, inclusive of Henry Road, Taylor Street, Balthazar Street, Thompson Lane, Fairley Street, Sheriff Street, Achong Trace, Marcano Trace, Taylor Street, Tunapuna Government Secondary School, President College WI, Hillview College, Tacarigua Health Centre and all associated side streets.

TALPARO (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

• From LP #483 to LP #621 on Talparo Main Road, including El Quemado and all associated side streets.

CHARLIEVILLE (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

• Assaraf Road East from corner of Kolahal Road and Assaraf Road East heading West to pole #50 and all associated side streets.

CLAXTON BAY (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

• From LP #A64 (in the vicinity of Savonetta Substation) along North Sea Drive onto the Southern Main Road up to LP #A896 then heading South on the Old Southern Main Road up to LP #964 (Claxton Bay Junction). 
• From Claxton Bay Junction heading East along the Cedar Hill Road up to LP #57 and all associated side streets, inclusive of School Trace, Abdool Street, Rosehill Street, Lodge Street, Abraham Street, Pranz Garden and Savonetta Housing Development, Old Southern Main Road.

PENAL (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

• LP #102 Clarke Road to LP #90 Rochard Road, including Petrotrin Road, Lake View Drive, Mahadeo Trace, Ramdharry Trace, Jagmohan Trace, Napalia Trace, Teemul Trace, Napalia Branch Trace, Satnarine Trace, Wilson Road, Clarke Mohess Road, Wilson Branch Trace, Digity Trace, Katwaroo Trace, Jack Nyron Street, Rampersad Trace, Hassanali Trace, Mahabir Trace, Mahabir Branch Trace #2 and all associated side streets.
