NO Electricity On Tuesday In Parts of Barataria, Matura, Carapichaima, Gasparillo, Mayaro, Craignish

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Barataria, Matura, Carapichaima, Gasparillo, Mayaro and Craignish on Tuesday (2nd December, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works. 

According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Barataria, Matura, Carapichaima, Gasparillo, Mayaro and Craignish are as follows: 

BARATARIA (8:30 AM to 12:00 PM)

• Along 5th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue.

MATURA (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

• Toco Main Road from LP #135/A at Vega De Oropouche to LP #A219 at Matura, inclusive of Mora Trace, Minors Trace, Sookoo Trace, Albert Trace, Rio Grande Road, Forestry Division - North East Conservancy and all associated side streets.

CARAPICHAIMA (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

• Rose Avenue from corner of Appoo Avenue and Rose Avenue to corner of Orangefield Road and Rose Avenue, and all associated side streets.

GASPARILLO (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

• From LP #10 to LP #12 Gasparillo/Reform Link Road and all associated side streets.
• From LP #11 to LP #25 Gasparillo/Reform Link Road.
• From LP #14 to LP #1 Tarouba Link Road.
• From LP #A84 to LP #A269 Naparima Mayaro Road, including Tasker Road, Tarouba Road, Seegobin Trace, Sigoolam Avenue, Mahabal Trace, Suzanna Trace, Ragbirsingh Trace, Reform Railway Road, Douglin Street, Chappel Street, lere Village, Cleghom Village, Friendship Road, 2nd Coral Road, Road A, Road B, Corial Road, Blackman Trace, lere Avenue, lere Village Branch Road, Baboolal Trace, Malgretoute Estate Road, Malgretoute Road, Scale Road, M1 Ring Road and all associated side streets.

MAYARO (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM)

• LP #65 Manazanilla Mayaro Road to LP #69 Manzanilla Main Road, including Ortoire Hill, Joseph Estate Road, Recreation Ground Road, Point Radix Road, Road A, Road B, Road E, Cascadoux Trace, Cascadoux Extension, Kemaham Trace, Kemaham and all associated side streets.

CRAIGNISH (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM)

• LP #3 to LP #79 Sancho Road, New Grant and all associated side streets.
