T&TEC: NO Electricity On Monday In Parts of La Brea

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of La Brea on Monday (8th December, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works — 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 

According to T&TEC, the affected areas in La Brea are as follows: 

• From LP #19A1 to LP #1 LABIDCO Industrial Estate and any associated side streets.
• From LP #AL10 La Brea Industrial Estate, La Brea, including Sobo Road, Chin Fong Alley, Square Deal, Ucocorite Road, Kenheigh Alley, Lake Asphalt Road, New Jersey Road, Three Hands, Belle View #2, Pier Road - HDC, Pier Road, O'Conner Street, Rambin Crescent, Cove Crescent, Lagoon Drive, Point Sable Road, Pierre Road, Park Avenue, Secondary Avenue, Bro Edd Road, Queen Street, Freeling Street, High Road, La Brea Road, Prothere Street, Majuba Hill, Short Street, Cassava Alley, Lady Smith Street, Industry Lane, Cemetery Street, Marshall Street, Bassa Hill, Railroad Avenue, New Jersey Road, Lake Asphalt Road, Thackordass Street, Virginia Avenue, Boodoosingh Street, Gulf View Street, Mankhan Avenue, Sobo Extension Road, Neranthar Trace and any associated side streets.
• From LP #19A1 La Brea Industrial Estate, including Union Estate Road, Ingles Street, Kern Street, Union Village, Mary Mack Road and all associated side streets.

T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
