Sackville Street East, Port-of-Spain, Closed To Vehicular Traffic Until Further Notice

Commissioner of Police, Allister Guevarro, is advising the public that Sackville Street East, Port-of-Spain, between Edward Street and St. Vincent Street, is closed to vehicular traffic until further notice.

In a Public Advisory issued today (Sunday 4th January, 2026), Commissioner Guevarro said motorists are “kindly asked to use alternative routes. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your co-operation and understanding.”
