NO Electricity On Wednesday In Parts of Maraval, Valencia, Curepe, Freeport, Tabaquite

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Maraval, Valencia, Curepe, Freeport and Tabaquite on Wednesday (22nd April, 2026). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works. 

According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Maraval, Valencia, Curepe, Freeport and Tabaquite are as follows: 

MARAVAL (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

  • Along Young Pow Avenue, Irwin Avenue, Pinehurst Park, Saint Andrews Avenue, Par Three Lane, Pan View Fairways, St. Andrews Tarrace, Golf Course Road, Sandy Ways, La Seiva Road, Beharrylal Road, Northern side of Fairmont Road, Ramlogan Development and all associated side streets.

VALENCIA (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM)

  • From LP #110 Valencia Bypass Road, including customers from LP #316 to LP #822 on Eastern Main Road heading East, William Lane and Swan Quarry Street.

CUREPE (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

  • From LP #11 to LP #13 on Evans Street and all associated side streets.

FREEPORT (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

  • From LP# 4 (in the vicinity of the Central Substation) heading West up to LP #31 (corner of Beaucarro Road and Grant Street) on Beaucarro Road and all associated side streets, inclusive of Baboolal Street and Murray Park.

TABAQUITE (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

  • From LP #87 to LP #150 Corosal Road, Tabaquite, including Sabala Trace and all associated side streets.

T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
