T&TEC: NO Electricity On Wednesday In Parts of Aranguez, Claxton Bay, Rio Claro, Moruga, Mayo

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Aranguez, Claxton Bay, Rio Claro, Moruga and Mayo on Wednesday (12th February, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.

According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Aranguez, Claxton Bay, Rio Claro, Moruga and Mayo are as follows:

ARANGUEZ (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
  • Along Aranguez Main Road from LP #36 to LP #51, including Delta Glass, Nanan Trace, Rambhaju Street East, Henry Street, Mangra Trace, Oudai Trace, Sooknanan Trace, Ramlal Street and all associated side streets.

CLAXTON BAY (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
  • From LP #A64 (in the vicinity of Savonetta Substation) along North Sea Drive onto the Southern Main Road up to LP #A896, then heading South along the Old Southern Main Road up to LP #964 (Claxton Bay Junction).
  • From Claxton Bay Junction heading East along the Cedar Hill Road up to LP #57, including School Trace, Abdool Street, Rosehill Street, Lodge Street, Abraham Street, Pranz Garden, Savonetta Housing Development, Old Southern Main Road and all associated side streets.

RIO CLARO (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
  • From LP #3 Rio Claro Mayaro Road to LP #28 Clearwater Road, Rio Claro, including Central Branch Road and all associated side streets.

MORUGA (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
  • Saunders Trace: LP #160 to LP #50 Moruga Road, including Weston Trace, Harper Trace, Rest House Trace, Basket Trace, Toppin Trace, 5th Company Branch Trace, Branker Trace, Samuel Cooper, Cumuto Road, Mandingo Road, LuLu Trace, Lengua Road, Loney Road, Private Road, Fort George Road, 6th Company Road, 3rd Company Road and all associated side streets.

MAYO (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
  • From LP #45 to LP #74 Mayo Road, including Bonne Adventure Road, Deboulet Street, Palm Street, Guaracarite Road, Chami Trace, Houser Trace, Baboolal Trace and all associated side streets.
