President Declares Public Holiday For Divali On Monday 20th October, 2025
In accordance with the provisions of Sections 4 (1) of the Public Holidays and Festivals Act, Chapter 19:05, Her Excellency, Christine Carla Kangaloo, O.RTT., President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, on the advice of the Cabinet, has declared Monday 20th October, 2025 as a public holiday in recognition of the festival of Divali.
