Trinibad Artiste ‘Medz Boss’ Arrested For $17,500 Gold Chain Robbery Near POS Ferry Terminal
Trinibad artiste, Joseph Olliviere, aka ‘Medz Boss,’ was arrested in Port-of-Spain on Wednesday morning (10th September, 2025), along with another suspect, in connection with a robbery. Olliviere was previously charged in 2021 with being a member of a gang.
According to reports, a man was robbed of a gold chain, valued at $17,500, along Wrightson Road, near the Port-of-Spain Ferry Terminal, around 5:00 AM on Wednesday morning.
The robbery was reported to Police and Officers of the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), acting swiftly on intelligence, intercepted a vehicle linked to the crime at 19th Street, Beetham Gardens. The stolen chain was recovered, and both Olliviere and another suspect, identified as Hasan Jack, were taken into custody.
Investigations are continuing into the robbery.
