NO Electricity On Friday In Parts of Port-of-Spain, Diego Martin, Arima, Aranguez
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Port-of-Spain, Diego Martin, Arima and Aranguez on Friday (10th October, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Port-of-Spain, Diego Martin, Arima and Aranguez are as follows:
PORT-OF-SPAIN (5:00 AM to 7:00 AM)
- Newtown: Zone 1: Along Stanmore Avenue between Tragarete Road and Queen's Park West, including Tranquillity Street, Cipriani Boulevard from pole #3 to Queen's Park West, Woodford Street between Tragarete Road and Marli Street, including all associated side streets.
PORT-OF-SPAIN (5:00 AM to 9:00 AM)
- Newtown: Zone 2: From pole #8 to pole #9 Stanmore Avenue.
DIEGO MARTIN (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Along North Post Road: Cadet Hill, Blue Basin Road, Waterwheel, Tomato Trace, Mahogany Trace, Field Trace, Sea Trace Extension, Bridge Road, Andrew Lane, Jerry Street, Cicada Avenue, Blue Basin Gardens, Veril Drive, Wyan Road, River Estate Circular, Egret Drive, Woodpecker Lane, Salandy Street and all associated side streets.
- Note: Patna Government Primary School will be affected.
ARIMA (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
- From LP #55 on Lockhart Street heading East, including Marie Street, Robert Street, from LP #A12 to LP #20 Cocorite Road, Ideal Drive In Hardware, Wu Kim Supermarket, Fiddlers Dream, River Road, from LP #21 to LP #29 on Tumpuna Road North, Eden Rahim Street, Bellamy Street, Henri Street, Walter Lane and all associated side streets.
ARANGUEZ (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #50 to LP #61 in Rambhaju Street East.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
