NO Electricity On Thursday In Parts of St. Ann’s, Valencia, Carapichaima, Gasparillo, Casuarina

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of St. Ann’s, Valencia, Carapichaima, Gasparillo and Casuarina on Thursday (9th October, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works. 

According to T&TEC, the affected areas in St. Ann’s, Valencia, Carapichaima, Gasparillo and Casuarina are as follows: 

ST. ANN’S (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) 

• Along Ariapita Road from Cascade Main Road Junction heading in a Northwestern direction, inclusive of Moore Avenue, Fisher Avenue, St. Ann’s Gardens, Immortelle Children's Centre, St. Ann's Hospital, Fondes Amandes Road, Ariapita Road, Cascadia Hotel, Urmilla Gardens, Plaisance Road, Boucaud Terrace, Bishops Anstey Junior School, St. George's Bridge, Cascadia Water Park, Patos Vale and all associated side streets.

VALENCIA (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) 

• West Taxi Road, St. Kitts Road, Eteck Link Road, Antigua Road, Caripito Road, La Guira Road, Equador Road, Cayman Road, Saba Road, Cumuto Main Road, Barbuda Road, Silica Sand Road, Valencia By-Pass Road, Cumuto Barracks, William Lane, Swam Quarry Road, from LP #316 to LP #822 on Eastern Main Road, Valencia and all associated side streets.

CARAPICHAIMA (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) 

• From LP #11 (in the vicinity of the M5000 S/S) Caspian Drive heading North to corner of Waterloo Road and Caspian Drive.
• From LP #331 (in the vicinity of SIS) Waterloo Road heading North along Waterloo Road then East along Waterloo Road up to corner of Waterloo Road and Orangefield Road and all associated side streets, inclusive of Roopsingh Road and Brickfield Road.

GASPARILLO (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM) 

• From LP #4 outside Harmony Hall Substation to LP #1 Mc Clean Street.

CASUARINA (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM) 

• LP #275 to LP #271 Guaracara Tabaquite Road, including Mayo Road, Sisters Road, Hillview Crescent, Piparo Road, Robinson Trace, Eckles Village Road, Hardbargain Village, 4th Company Road, Duff Trace, Nivet Trace, Piparo Junction Trace, Bonne Terre Trace, Brothers Settlement, Kangalee Trace, Buen Intento Road, Bedeau Road, Pond Trace, Buen Intento Branch Road and all associated side streets.

T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
