Today’s Weather: Sunny, Breezy, Light To Moderate Showers; 30°C Max
According to the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service (TTMS), we can expect generally sunny and breezy conditions today (Friday 16th January, 2026), despite brisk, light to moderate showers. Tonight will be mostly fair and cool, with a light breeze and the risk of an isolated shower.
The Met Office notes that winds can gust at times, especially in the vicinity of showers.
The forecast maximum temperature today will be 30°C at both Piarco in Trinidad and Crown Point in Tobago.
Seas are moderate with waves 2m to 2.5m in open waters and below 1m and occasionally choppy in sheltered areas.
