Fallen Tree Alert — North Coast Road (Maracas)

The San Juan/Laventille Regional Corporation - Disaster Management Unit (SJLRC DMU) said at 1:05 PM this afternoon (Tuesday 25th November, 2025), that it received a confirmed report of a fallen tree along the North Coast Road that took down power lines and is currently blocking the roadway, approximately five (5) minutes after the Pillars, heading to Maracas Bay. 

The SJLRC DMU said the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Service (TTFS) is on-site and requested support. The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) has been notified and is responding.


SJLRC DMU saw operators are currently mobilizing to the scene.

Motorists are urged to exercise caution.
