NO Electricity On Wednesday In Parts of Wrightson Road, Paramin, Preysal, Rio Claro
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Wrightson Road, Paramin, Preysal and Rio Claro on Wednesday (3rd June, 2026). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Wrightson Road, Paramin, Preysal and Rio Claro are as follows:
WRIGHTSON ROAD (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Along Wrightson Road between the Trinidad and Tobago Fire Station and Auto Works Limited (inclusive of Auto Works Limited, Kaiso Blues Café, Wrightson Road Police Admin Building, Kalypso Revue, Flament Street), and all associated side streets.
PARAMIN (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- Along Hopeland Estate Road, Paragrant Road and all associated side streets.
PREYSAL (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #146 (in the vicinity of Preysal Secondary School) heading East up to LP #387 along the Gran Couva Main Road (in the vicinity of La Vega Estate) and all associated side streets, inclusive of Brasso Junction Road, La Vega Estate Road, San Antonio Estate Road, Pomeroy Estate Road, San Juan Estate Road, Esperanza Road, Batchasingh Street, San Coco Road, Corosal Road up to LP #53, Boissiere Trace, Sarran Avenue and Mayo Road up to the Tortuga Government Primary School.
- Note: The Preysal Secondary School and Tortuga Government Primary School will NOT be affected.
- From LP #152 (in the vicinity of A&A Elahie Supermarket) heading North up to LP #146A along the Freeport Mission Road and all associated side streets, inclusive of Ghany Lane, Camasak, Calcutta Settlement Road No. 3, Chickland Road, Preysal Crown Trace, Taitt Madoo Road and Dookie Trace East, Freeport Mission Road, Freeport.
RIO CLARO (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
- From LP #1 Tomb Tabaquite Road, Rio Claro, including Pasqual Road, Britto Trace, W. Behany Trace, Dumore Road, Gangaram Trace, Gangaram Branch Trace, Unis Road, Watts Trace, Morgan Trace, Far Road, Strange Trace, Sisters Road, Old Torrib Trace, Robertson Road, Bhagwantee Road, Thomas Ros Road, Francis Trace, Sancho Road, Harry John Trace and all associated side streets.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
