NO Electricity On Wednesday In Parts of Tunapuna, Carapichaima, Rio Claro, Guayaguayare
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Tunapuna, Carapichaima, Rio Claro and Guayaguayare on Wednesday (10th June, 2026). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Tunapuna, Carapichaima, Rio Claro and Guayaguayare are as follows:
TUNAPUNA (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- LP #E706 Bowen Street and from LP #50 to LP #54.
CARAPICHAIMA (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #151 heading West up to LP #215 along Waterloo Road (in the vicinity of the Temple by the Sea).
- From LP #50 along the Waterloo Road heading South onto the Perseverance Road up to LP #288 (after corner of Caspian Drive and Waterloo Road) and all associated side streets, inclusive of Balchan Street, Henry Street, Bay Road, Lalla Street, Ojar Maharaj Avenue, Buller Village Street, Coconut Avenue and Brickfield Road.
RIO CLARO (4:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
- Legendre Road off LP #58 Naparima Mayaro Road, including Rajpaul Trace, Mahabalsingh Trace Branch #2 and all associated side streets.
GUAYAGUAYARE (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #349 Calmapas Village, Guayaguayare to LP #429 Guayaguayare Road, Guayaguayare, including Galeota Complex, TIS Massy, Vespry Extension, Ferrier Circular Road, Rustville, Marcelle Ridge, Schoener’s Road, Lizard Spring Road, Trinity Fields, Edward Trace Main Field Road and all associated side streets.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
