Supermarket Association Urges Responsible Shopping — ‘Supplies Remain Stable’ Across Supermarkets

The Supermarket Association of Trinidad and Tobago (SATT) said it “wishes to assure the public that there is no need for rushed shopping in light of recent news reports. Our members remain well-stocked, and supply chains continue to function normally.”

In a Public Notice issued today (Friday 31st October, 2025), SATT said, “We urge customers to shop responsibly, as this helps ensure that everyone in our communities can access the goods they need. Supermarkets across the country will continue to work closely with suppliers to maintain consistent availability of all products, including essential items. We thank the public for their continued calm and co-operation.”

More on this as it becomes available.
