NO Electricity On Wednesday In Parts of Port-of-Spain, Maraval, Woodbrook, San Juan

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Port-of-Spain, Maraval, Woodbrook and San Juan on Wednesday (26th November, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works. 

According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Port-of-Spain, Maraval, Woodbrook and San Juan are as follows: 

PORT-OF-SPAIN (5:00 AM to 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM)

  • Zone 1: Obsenatory Street, including Argyle Street, Quarry Street, Siparia Hill and associated side streets.

PORT-OF-SPAIN (5:00 AM to 11:00 AM)

  • Zone 2: Between LP #131 Belmont Circular Road and LP #38E Charlotte Street.

MARAVAL (7:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

  • Zone 1: Along Saddle Road: From Woodland Terrace Junction to Estate 101, including Woodland Terrace, Ridgewood, Dickson Terrace, La Rive, Anguilla Park and all associated side streets.

MARAVAL (7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM)

  • Zone 2: Along Saddle Road: From LP #361 to LP #351, including Massy Stores Maraval, Maraval R.C. Primary School, Our Lady of Lourdes, Church Street and all associated side streets.

MARAVAL (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

  • Zone 3: Along Saddle Road: From Woodland Terrace to Monique's Guest House, including Lynch Drive, WASA Maraval Water Treatment Plant, Hillsboro, 5th Street and all associated side streets. 
  • Note: This work will necessitate a traffic interruption for vehicles and pedestrians along Saddle Road Maraval, between Lynch Drive and Anguilla Park from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Drivers and pedestrians are advised to follow the guidance of the Police Officers on duty.

WOODBROOK (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

  • Between LP #3 Cipriani Boulevard and LP #9 Colville Street, including Baden-Powell Street and Kitchener Street.

SAN JUAN (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

  • Along Quarry Road from LP #13 to LP #17 and all associated side streets.

T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
