WASA: Service Disruption To Parts of San Juan

The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) is advising customers of unplanned water interruption due to a mechanical problem at a unit at the Bagatelle Booster Station, San Juan.

Affected areas are as follows: 

  • Reduced pressures to Febeau Village, Bagatelle Extension, Sunshine Avenue, Moses Avenue, Lloyd Street and environs.

For further information, assistance, or to request a truck-borne delivery, customers can contact WASA's Customer Call Centre, toll-free at 800-4420 to 800-4426. 

WASA notes that restoration is expected by 4:00 PM on Sunday (30th November, 2025).
