Delayed Opening of ALL Licensing Offices Nationwide Due To Technical Difficulties

UPDATE (1:30 PM): The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation said the technical issues previously affecting Licensing Offices have been resolved. All Licensing Offices nationwide are open and operating as normal.

The Ministry thanks the public for their patience and understanding during the disruption and apologizes for any inconvenience caused.


The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation is advising members of the public that all Licensing Offices nationwide intend to open at 11:00 AM today (Monday 4th May, 2026) “due to technical difficulties beyond our control.”

According to the Ministry, “We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the matter promptly.”
