Suspect In Disturbing Video of Child Endangerment Arrested; THREE (3) Children Taken Away

The Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) said it acted swiftly in response to a disturbing video circulating on social media, which allegedly depicted a man threatening a child while holding a knife.

In a Media Release today (Wednesday 12th February, 2025), the TTPS said following an intensive investigation, Officers of the Special Victims Department arrested a 43-year-old man from Marac Village, Moruga. The suspect is currently in Police custody as inquiries continue.

He has been identified as Curvon Noel, who reportedly went on a tirade on Monday night (10th February, 2025) following an altercation he had with a female relative.
 

 


Additionally, three (3) male children, ages five (5), seven (7), and nine (9), have been placed in the care of the Children’s Authority, ensuring their safety and well-being.

The TTPS said it “remains committed to the protection of all citizens, especially vulnerable children, and takes incidents of child endangerment seriously. We urge anyone with information on similar matters to contact 999, 555, or the nearest Police Station.”
