T&TEC: NO Electricity On Monday In Parts of Freeport, Trincity, Arouca, Sangre Grande

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Freeport, Trincity, Arouca and Sangre Grande on Monday (17th February, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.

According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Freeport, Trincity, Arouca and Sangre Grande are as follows:

FREEPORT (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) 
  • From LP #126 Calcutta Road #1 (in the vicinity of Kurban Junction) heading West up to LP #50, inclusive of Sonny Ladoo Road up to LP #6, which continues East onto Derry Lane, Sancho Trace, Mc Bean Local Road, D Marylin Court, Seeram Road and all associated side streets, Calcutta, Freeport.

TRINCITY (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM) 
  • Cane Farm Road, De La Marre Avenue, Cassleton Avenue, Montague Avenue, Dinsley Avenue, Beaulieu Avenue, Dinsley Main Road and Priority Bus Route (PBR), from corner of PBR and Cane Farm Road to LP #E7021941, including all associated side streets.

TRINCITY (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM) 
  • Cassleton Avenue, including all associated side streets.

AROUCA (8:00 AM to 10:00 AM) 
  • From LP #E7021969 at end of Lovell Street to LP #454 on Eastern Main Road, including Cazabon Road up to Second Street East, St. Clair Road, Arouca Police Station, Electrical General Inspectorate and all associated side streets.

SANGRE GRANDE (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM) 
  • From LP #53 on Rose Street, including Marigold Street, Alexis Street and all associated side streets.
