Alert: Highway Debris Removal Works Scheduled For January 2026

The Ministry of Works and Infrastructure is advising the public that debris removal works will be conducted along the Highways listed in the schedule below, during January 2026. These works will require temporary lane disruptions.

In light of the above, motorists are advised to comply with the following:

  • Proceed with caution and observe all directional signs and barriers.
  • Comply with instructions from traffic management officials on-site to facilitate the safe and orderly flow of traffic.
  • Drive at a reduced speed on approaching the work zones.
  • Be mindful of, and give way to, heavy equipment exiting and entering the work zones during the above-mentioned periods of work.
