Court of Appeal To Operate At Hall of Justice

The Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago is advising that with effect from 12th January, 2026, the Court of Appeal will operate solely from the Hall of Justice, Knox Street, Port-of-Spain.

Accordingly, all Court of Appeal operations at the Waterfront Judicial Centre located at Tower D, International Waterfront Complex, Wrightson Road, Port-of-Spain, have been relocated to the 3rd Floor, Hall of Justice.

The Judiciary notes that all services related to the Court of Appeal will be available from the 3rd Floor, Hall of Justice, including:

  • Court of Appeal Courtrooms;
  • Court of Appeal Court Office/Registry; and
  • In-person customer/counter services.
