United States President Donald Trump is scheduled to host a Press Conference at 12:00 PM (11:00 AM EST) today (Saturday 3rd January, 2026), following the dramatic strikes inside Venezuela in a military operation a few hours ago, and the capture of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, First Lady Cilia Flores. They have been extracted them from the country and are currently en route to the U.S. to face multiple charges.

U.S. Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, is also expected to speak at this Press Conference.
