Alert: Temporary Traffic Disruption On NP Overpass On Monday

The Ministry of Works and Infrastructure is advising the general public that there will be a temporary traffic disruption on the NP Overpass on Monday (9th February, 2026), in order to facilitate spot patching works on the carriageway.

Hours of Works: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

The works will require partial lane restrictions and traffic control measures in the vicinity of the overpass.

Considering the above, motorists are asked to comply with the following:

  • Proceed with caution and obey all signage, barriers, and traffic control personnel on-site.
  • Reduce speed when approaching the work zone.
  • Anticipate minor delays and plan travel accordingly.
  • Be mindful of heavy equipment and work crews operating in the area.

Motorists are encouraged, where possible, to consider alternate routes during the scheduled hours to minimize travel disruption.

The Ministry said it regrets any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for its continued co-operation.
