T&TEC: Traffic Interruption On Sunday Along Uriah Butler Highway, Caroni

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising motorists that it will be conducting overhead line maintenance along the Uriah Butler Highway, Caroni, which will necessitate the interruption of the normal flow of traffic between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday (24th May, 2026).

During this time, vehicular traffic along the Uriah Butler Highway, both Southbound and Northbound lanes, (South of the Caroni River, in the vicinity of the Bamboo 132/66 kV Substation) will be intermittently affected.

T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by this traffic interruption.
