T&TEC: Traffic Interruption Along Uriah Butler Highway — Bamboo Village

The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) will be conducting overhead line maintenance in the Bamboo Village area, which will necessitate the interruption of the normal flow of traffic.

These works are scheduled to take place between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday (5th June, 2026) and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday (7th June, 2026), along the Uriah Butler Highway, between the Bamboo Village Overpass and the Caroni River.

Vehicular traffic along the Uriah Butler Highway, Northbound lane (the Westernmost lane), will be affected.

The Commission says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these traffic interruptions.

Please be guided accordingly.
