Today: Sunny, Hazy, Breezy, Isolated Showers — Moderate To High Saharan Dust; 32°C Max
According to the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service (TTMS), we can expect mostly sunny, hazy and breezy/windy conditions today (Thursday 25th June, 2026), despite the low (30%) chance of brisk, isolated showers. Tonight will be mainly fair but hazy, with a gentle breeze.
The Met Office notes that a moderate to high concentration of Saharan dust is currently present in the atmosphere. As the day progresses, air quality and visibility are expected to improve. Persons sensitive to these air quality changes are advised to take the necessary precautions.
The forecast maximum temperature today will be 32°C at Piarco in Trinidad and 31°C at Crown Point in Tobago.
Seas are moderate with waves near 2m in open waters and below 1m and occasionally choppy in sheltered areas.
