NO Electricity On Friday In Parts of North Coast Road, Blanchisseuse, Couva, Avocat, Guayaguayare
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of North Coast Road, Blanchisseuse, Couva, Avocat and Guayaguayare on Friday (4th September, 2026). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas are as follows:
NORTH COAST ROAD - ZONE 1 (8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM)
- Between Tyrico Bay and Las Cuevas Beach Lodge (LP #T78 to LP #118).
NORTH COAST ROAD - ZONE 2 (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Las Cuevas Beach Lodge, inclusive of School Road (LP #118 to LP #T130).
BLANCHISSEUSE (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- Brasso Seco Trace.
COUVA (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #122 along Phoenix Park Road heading North onto Windsor Park Road, including Dairy Road.
AVOCAT (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- From LP #61 to LP #87 St. Johns Branch Road.
GUAYAGUAYARE (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
- LP #A349 Guayaguayare Road to LP #435 Trinity Fields, including Galeota Complex, Calmapas Village, Vespry Extension, Ferrier Circular Road, Rousillac Village, Rustville, Marcelle Ridge, Edward Trace, Main Field Road, Schoener’s Road, Lizard Spring Road, Trinity Fields, including all associated side streets.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
