Man Charged With Possession of Imitation Firearm, Robbery With Aggravation

A man appeared before the Courts on Monday (27th January, 2025), charged with possession of an imitation firearm and robbery with aggravation. 

According to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS), Hercules Baksh was charged with the offences after he was arrested by Officers of the Southern Division, in connection with a report of robbery with aggravation which occurred in the Princes Town district, on Saturday (25th January, 2025).

A female victim reported to Police that she was robbed of a quantity of cigarettes and cash while at her St. Croix business place around 10:30 AM on that date.

Investigations resulted in the arrest of a male suspect in a bushy area, approximately ten (10) minutes later.

The stolen goods, cash and the imitation firearm were also seized.

Investigations are ongoing.
