NO Electricity On Wednesday In Parts of Maraval, Claxton Bay, Sangre Grande, Maracas St. Joseph
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of Maraval, Claxton Bay, Sangre Grande and Maracas St. Joseph on Wednesday (29th January, 2025). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in Maraval, Claxton Bay, Sangre Grande and Maracas St. Joseph are as follows:MARAVAL (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Along Saddle Road: From LP #A441 heading South to Long Circular Road, including Bergerac Road, Shoppes of Maraval, Massy Stores, Starlite Pharmacy, Carmille Court, Adams Bagel, Gittens Avenue and all associated side streets.
CLAXTON BAY (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #63 on St. John's Road heading onto St. John's Trace and then onto the Old Southern Main Road.
- From the corner of the Old Southern Main Road and St. John's Trace, heading North up to LP #966 (in the vicinity of Super Foods Supermarket).
- From the corner of the Southern Main Road and St. John's Trace, heading South up to LP #50 on Tulip Avenue (in the vicinity of Tulip Wasa Booster Station) then East onto St. Margaret's Old Road up to LP #113 and up to LP #133 Hermitage Road (in the vicinity of Boodoo Trace), including Issac Avenue, Poui Avenue, Christian Drive, Petra Avenue, Varma Avenue, Plaisance Park Road, Ojeer Ali Road, Hillview Drive, St. Margaret's Old Road, St. Margaret's Junction, Hermitage Road, Sand Hill Drive, Lalloo Trace, Ramsaroop Trace and all associated side streets.
SANGRE GRANDE (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- From LP #50 on Brierley Street to LP #115 on Railway Road, including Sherry-Ann Avenue.
MARACAS ST. JOSEPH (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #52 on Guaymal Road off Acono Road.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
