Today: Fair, Hazy, Breezy, Isolated Showers — Significant Saharan Dust; 31°C Max
According to the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service (TTMS), today (Tuesday 24th February, 2026) will be fair but hazy and breezy, with a chance of the brief, partly cloudy interval, with isolated showers.
The Met Office notes that a significant concentration of Saharan dust is present in the atmosphere. Sensitive persons are advised to take the necessary precautions.
The forecast maximum temperature today will be 31°C at Piarco in Trinidad and 30°C at Crown Point in Tobago.
Seas are moderate with waves up to 2m in open waters and near 1m and occasionally choppy in sheltered areas.
