T&TEC: NO Electricity On Friday In Parts of St. Ann’s, Arouca, South Oropouche
The Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC) is advising customers that planned maintenance work will affect several areas of St. Ann’s, Arouca and South Oropouche on Friday (24th April, 2026). This may result in loss of electricity between the hours of works.
According to T&TEC, the affected areas in St. Ann’s, Arouca and South Oropouche are as follows:
ST. ANN'S (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- Along Ariapita Road from Cascade Main Road junction heading in a Northwestern direction, including Moore Avenue, Fisher Avenue, St. Ann's Gardens, Immortelle Children's Centre, St. Ann's Hospital, Fondes Amandes Road, Ariapita Road, Cascadia Hotel, Urmilla Gardens, Plaisance Road, Boucaud Terrace, Bishop Anstey Junior School, St. George's Bridge, Cascadia Water Park, Patos Vale and all associated side streets.
AROUCA (9:00 AM to 3:00 PM)
- From LP #484 on Eastern Main Road heading North into Convent Street up to LP #2.
SOUTH OROPOUCHE (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- From LP #A127 to LP #140 St. Mary's Village Main Road, including Paltoo Trace, Kisto Road, School Trace.
- From LP #1 to LP #24 St. John Road, including Krooman Settlement, Lezama Trace, Bamboo Trace.
- From LP #A110 to LP #123 Oropouche Road, including Benn Trace, Warden Street, School Street, Old Southern Main Road, Oropouche Road, Coker Street, Maraj Trace, Partap Trace and all associated side streets.
T&TEC says it regrets the inconvenience which may be caused by these interruptions.
