Today’s Weather: Sunny, Hazy, Windy, Few Showers — Moderate Saharan Dust; 31°C Max
According to the Trinidad and Tobago Meteorological Service (TTMS), we can expect predominantly sunny, hazy and windy conditions today (Friday 14th February, 2025), despite a few showery periods. The odd shower may be accompanied by gusty winds. Tonight will be cool and breezy with the odd overnight shower.
A High Winds Alert (Yellow Level) is in effect until Monday 17th February, 2025.The Met Office notes that there is a moderate concentration of Saharan dust in the atmosphere. Sensitive persons are advised to take precautions.
The forecast maximum temperature today will be 31°C at both Piarco in Trinidad and Crown Point in Tobago.
Seas are rough with waves 2.5m to 3m in open waters and up to 2m in sheltered areas.
